16 Off Shore in Palmetto Dunes is new to Sunset's vacation rental market in the fall of 2023. This single level lowcountry home is located just a 10 minute walk to the beach and features a private pool, sun room and large outdoor space.

As you enter the home you'll find the spacious living area featuring a 50" Smart TV, comfortable furnishings and a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa.

Through the living area you'll find the kitchen and dining area. This home also has a sun room with additional dining space, as well as a futon.

To the right of the front door you'll find the main bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and two vanity areas. The 2nd guest bedroom is also located on this side of the home. It features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third guest bedroom is located on the left side of the home and has a queen bed, twin bunk beds, flat screen TV and a private renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guest have plenty of space to soak up the sun with a large back deck area, propane grill and sparkling pool. *(The pool can be heated for an additional cost.)

Palmetto Dunes vacation homes are located in an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island. The Palmetto Dunes Resort stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premier beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
