Excellent location

A very lovely quiet home that is close to a pool and walking distance to the lighthouse. A great place for a family gathering. Pool/ beach toys and chairs are a nice touch.

Location, location, location.

Location is perfect! Rooms and space inside are perfect for 2 families of 4. Loved the pool right behind the place. Tennis and pickleball super close. You can bike or walk to Harbour Town, or a 12 min bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. Super convenient to everywhere. We couldn't stop talking about how perfect the place was for our two families of 4. Will be back for sure.

Great Location - slightly dated property

Fantastic location within Sea Pines. 10 minute walk to Lighthouse! Only negative is property needs some TLC/updates. Fridge water and ice don't work. property

Good home for the price

This is an older home that was nice and clean, but it did have a few pain points for us. The closets and door were difficult to open. Floor is loud, especially the steps. Shower on the 3rd floor didn’t get hot and the shower/tub in the master bath didn’t hold water to use as a bathtub. That being said, it was a great location and we were able to deal with the slight issues easily. The neighborhood was quiet and it was very close to Sea Pines Beach and Harbor Town. For the price, it definitely was worth staying here.

Worth the Price

This home was great for the price if you’re willing to put up with some inconveniences. The closets and patio door were difficult to open. Floor is loud, especially the steps. Shower on the 3rd floor didn’t get hot and the shower/tub in the master bath didn’t hold water to use as a bathtub. We also had no replacement kitchen trash bags. That being said, it was very clean. Lots of towels provided and extra bedding. The location was great and near Sea Pines Beach and Harbor Town. It was a quiet neighborhood and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Checking in after hours was easy. The kitchen was nice and the appliances all worked well. It would have been good to know we’d need our own beach towels ahead of time, but we just went and bought some. Overall well worth the price.

Great location

Condo was nicely furnished and clean. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The living area was large enough for us all to hang out. The pool was located near the rear doors but was not too close to be obtrusive. The condo complex is located near the lighthouse and has many restaurants nearby. The area is very family friendly. Beach access is easier on bicycles, so planning is required if you want to take your vehicle as parking is extremely limited in Sea Pines. There is a trolley system, but we didnt use it. Public beach parking is available at Coligny Beach but it gets crowded during summer. Bicycle rentals are available from several nearby vendors and is recommended. There are many bicycle paths throughout the island and is a great way to tour the area The condo itself has a nice kitchen for preparing meals and a washer/dryer for cleaning clothes. It literally felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our few days there and would love to rent this condo again in the future.
