Great Location, Difficult Property Manager
The villa was perfect for our stay -- walking distance to golf, beach, tennis, and other amenities. And it had plenty of space, although was slightly worn down.
Our biggest complaint was the property management company that handled the rental. They did not respond to any messages sent through Vrbo and also attempted to charge us a (completely absurd) $75 fee to push twin beds together to form a swing king. The posting advertised the flexibility of the twin/king sleeping arrangement and did not disclose the fee, yet we had to go through hoops to get them to waive the fee--which was ridiculous to attempt to charge in the first place.
