WALK TO THE BEACH!! First floor condo, fully renovated

The Spa on Port Royal sound is a gated resort, located in the "heel" of this beautiful, foot-shaped island. It is found at the end of Beach City Road, in a quiet, secluded, natural setting but very close to anything you need.

This first floor condo has been newly renovated throughout. There is a well-stocked kitchen with new appliances and new bathrooms, both with tubs and showers. Both the master bedroom & guest bedrooms have comfortable beds. The living room and bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and there is a DVD player in the living room. The condos have Wi-Fi. We provide high quality towels and linens including beach towels. Everything you need is here including soaps, detergents for dishes, dishwasher and laundry, paper towels, and toilet paper. Should there be a day with rain, you can also enjoy family board games, or choose a book from our "mini" library ( take a book to keep and/or leave a book!) There is a fully remodeled inside pool in the middle of our complex as well as a hot tub and sauna & fitness room with new equipment. The dining area can seat 6 people with 2 extra wooden folding chairs in guest room closet. The lanai is a cozy, new & comfortable space to relax, with new opening windows with screens.

The Spa has 2 outdoor pools, (one near the beach,) as well as the heated indoor pool, all with bathrooms and Wi-Fi. The complex has many charcoal grills and picnic tables scattered throughout the grounds and 3 tennis courts as well as a basketball court and small playground. It's a 3-4 minute stroll to the private, natural beach, or you can drive & park if you have a lot to carry. At the beach there is a pier, with seating. It's a fun place to explore, fish from shore or go clamming. Hilton Head Island completed a sand renourishment program in June 2016, which happens every 10 years. If you want to spend a day on a traditional public beach with lifeguards, there are 3 or 4 located close by within a 5 minute drive.

This was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked the owner very nice and easy to communicate with. They even left us a small meal and a card as a celebration of our marriage. Nice grounds a walk to the ocean with a beautiful pier and swing. Place very quit and great location!!!

Beautiful beach condo

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this beach condo. Spotless, everything we needed was there, nice quality linens, cute beach decor. It was a 5 minute walk to beach. Its a natural beach, crabs, bird's, fish, lovely and quiet. Definitely would book again.

Summer Getaway

Property was the perfect size for our family (2 kids under 5). Very convenient first floor corner unit made our daily excursions that much easier. Washer/dryer was awesome to have in the unit. Daughters LOVED the decor.

Wonderful family time!

We had another amazing stay. This summer was even lovelier than last summer. The condo is so nicely furnished and stocked in the kitchen. The sunroom is everyone’s favorite place to relax before and after a beautiful day at the beach or pool. We already can’t wait to go back next year.

Convenient, newly decorated condo.

Kitchen is well appointed. Paper products and soap supplied. We drive through parking lot to walk to beach. Beach is still of shells so bring water shoes! Beach towels provided. Nice indoor pool

Perfect family spot

The condo was lovelier in person and so nicely stocked. We had a wonderful time. We loved how quiet The Spa was overall, not much traffic or noise from other occupants. Our toddler was amazed and had the best time imaginable. He asks when we're going back and we tell him hopefully next summer.

Great Stay in Hilton Head

The property was perfect for two adults and two teenage girls. Everything was as described. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the last 25 years and this was by far the best stocked property we've been to. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! They provided beach towels, chairs, a wagon, etc. The beach adjacent to the property was lovely, but the teens wanted a more traditional beach so we drove just a few minutes away to Burkes Beach where there is plenty of parking. We accidentally broke one of the beach chairs and I picked up a replacement and let Chris and Eileen know. They insisted on reimbursing us for it. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we want to visit Hilton Head Island.

Long walk to Beach

The condo overall is very nice, the sofa and recliner should be replaced. My biggest issue is that it's .6 of a mile to the beach. At a good pace it takes at least 8 minutes. It's in the very back bldg in the complex.

Perfect place to recharge

Everything was so lovely with thoughtful touches. My sister forgot her toothbrush and there was even that at the condo. Washer and dryer, soaps, paper towels, beach chairs and blanket and towels and even a great wagon to cart everything. The grounds were really lovely, too. The little pond with the fish and turtles was our favorite. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great first experience in HHI

The property was FULLY stocked!! I mean they have everything you could possibly need!! The place was clean! Check in and check out were easy!! We had the best time here, especially exploring the beach at low tide!! We drove over to Burkes Beach for swimming which was only 10 mins away!! Thanks for a great first experience!!

Fathers Day weekend!

The picture is misleading with the caption walk to Beach. There is NO beach close enough to walk to. That is nothing but breakage water, it was gross and stinks!! We had to drive to find the beaches. The A/C needs help, we sweated at night. We didn’t even stay our last night! We left yesterday and paid through today! We didn’t want to sleep there because it was hot! The condo was nice and clean, it had way to much decorations in it, all the way to the balls hanging from the curtains and blinds, it was aggravating closing it at night with all the pictures and things around it! That’s fine if it’s your personal condo but not for rental! We wanted to cook some cinnamon rolls for breakfast, but there was no flat pan for that. We loved our time in Hilton Head, but we were VERY disappointed with the misleading of “Walk to Beach”

Cozy beach condo

The owners were so good about making sure we had everything we needed early so check in was extremely smooth. The property is quiet and filled with tons to do. My boys enjoyed having a basketball court so close and we went to every pool on the property. The private beach was cool to check out and other beaches are just a short drive so it was close to everything we needed. The owners have so much that they provide as well! Being able to cook, store food and not have to worry about bringing everything from home for the beach and pool was a huge convenience! We will be back.
