“This hotel is located in downtown Scituate Harbor. Nice hotel, pleasant staff in an excellent walkable location. Also has a nice indoor pool as well as a delicious continental breakfast. This hotel has 3 floors and is without an elevator. Its very busy in season, (summer) so make your reservations significantly ahead of time.”

“Awe, I was there for a bittersweet reason, memorial for dear lifelong friend… the solitude and calm of this place was just what I needed while I attended this important event… and on a brighter note, I got together with old friends and celebrated a beautiful life. “Absolute Best Location in Salem. Everything about this B&B was great. Super friendly and beautiful place. Although we were told the place was full we didn’t hear a sound from others. “As an attendee to PAX East since 2013, I mostly used nearby hotels, but this year we looked into other kinds of lodgings, and this one appeared as close enough and well furnished, for cheaper than the 4 nights at the hotel.It was a great experience, clean room, close to several groceries, so the kitchen was well used. Comfortable beds as well, it was a great experience that we will be looking into in the next years again!”

"房間乾淨簡約，地點方便離地鐵走路兩分鐘，步行到小義大利區或波士頓公園也都很近。
早餐推薦可以加購，品項不多但都好吃，早晨坐在外面露台享受陽光用餐很舒適。
唯一可惜的是覺得枕頭有點太高。

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
