「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」

「I really enjoyed my stay at the Nightingale motel. It’s a modern cabin vibe, which I loved! The room was super clean and comfortable and the customer service was attentive. There’s a really good restaurant right next to the motel literally just walking out of your room; you have to have one of their burgers they are delicious. There is not much light during the nighttime so just keep that in mind. Def recommend if you want something more affordable than the resort and it is only about 2 mins...

「Great little Euro type lodging. Right on the banks of the river, easy walking to town, river walk, hot springs, modern fire pit, great patio, even bikes to borrow!! Very clean,well appointed, comfortable bedding. Independent check in/out. Staff availability by phone and text. We loved it. Next visit to Pagosa is a no brainer.」

「Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties 」

「The place is amazingly beautiful. Easy to check in and a lovely host. Everything is private. Watched deer on the golf course in the evening. Dog friendly. She does have friendly dogs also. The double shower was fantastic. The only thing not perfect was the super high bed. A sturdy safe set of steps was provided to get in. But if you fall out of it you will definitely break. I would happily stay here again.」

「As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.」
