"Pros. Rooms were clean, beds good Cons. Breakfast was not good. Hotel in the middle of transitioning to a better breakfast area so understandable that some disruption likely, however biggest issue is that no staff were assigned to the breakfast area. Many thing were not refilled and front desk staff had to try to help. Also 2 dogs left alone in a room near us and barked continuously for hours. When mentioned to front desk we were told patrons had informed front desk that they were leaving dogs in room to go out for supper which is against hotel policy?????"

"Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. They had a selection of hot amd cold breakfast items. Also coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 24 7. Ourr room need a few slight repairs but it didn't deter us from having a nice stay. "

"The hotel itself was very nice — clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really liked the space and overall atmosphere. However, the service was disappointing and significantly affected our experience. First, the website mentioned a hot tub, but it was not available due to maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. Breakfast was also advertised as included, but the dining area was closed, and the food was brought from elsewhere — this was quite unexpected. When I asked the staff about these issues, they didn’t seem concerned or willing to explain. We also requested to change our room (we accidentally booked one queen bed for three people), but the staff was not helpful and didn’t offer any solution. Breakfast was another issue. We were told it could be delivered to our room at 7:00 AM, but it never arrived. At 7:15, I went downstairs and found it sitting in the lobby, already cold. There was no apology from the receptionist. Additionally, the food was not what we ordered, and everything was cold. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of customer service and care from the staff made the experience disappointing."

"Place was clean, check in clerk was professional. No complaints. Until someone ran a tap upstairs and that made a terrible sound in the walls that sounded like a small drum that continued for a good part of the night. Wont stay again "
