High quality hostel with good prices. Clean and spacey sleeping quarters, well equipped bathrooms with toiletries and warm seat toilet. Right in the middle of city center, walking distance to multiple popular attractions. Convenient any time of day. Highly recommended.

I can only comment on customer service as the recent Typhoon prevented us from traveling. They really take their no cancellation policy seriously and will not even give you a refund in the case of a natural disaster preventing you from traveling. Extremely unimpressed by this place and would not recommend booking with them. Took them 5 days to even respond to my cancellation request.

ベッドメイキングが…

ベッドメイキングがきちんとなっていなくて ベッドに上がってすぐにシーツがヨレヨレとなり上部からめくれてきてしまった。 やり直すにもマットレスが大き過ぎて出来ませんでした。 何とかシーツがよれない工夫をして頂けたらと思います。

洗面所の洗面高さが低すぎて使いにくかった。 また、ラウンジの反響音が凄かった。 その他はほぼ満足で、CPが圧倒的に高い！

圧倒的にコスパに優れた点。バスセンターから近いため、広島を観光しやすい。また繁華街にも近いためご飯どころで困ることもない。原爆ドームにも徒歩5分程度。施設については百点満点の清潔さ。カプセルホテルの良さ ラウンジがついてるので仲間と夜まで宴会をすることも可能。これで１人一泊1000円はコストパフォーマンスに本当に優れている。

2泊目、同じフロアには誰もいない。設備も私が使い始め。綺麗に掃除がされ、シャワー室も乾いて、スッキリ。気持ち良く使用しました。 しかし、トイレ、掃除も綺麗にしているのに、トイレットペーパーホルダーの上に足跡が？よく見るとホルダーは本体ごと脱落仕掛け。気持ちが悪くて次は別のトイレを使用しました。掃除のために足をかけたのか、はたまたなんの目的で…これだけはいただけませんでした。

2泊しました。当初は1泊の予定のところ、後日もう1泊の申し込みをしたので、荷物は預かってもらえませんでしたが、近くの地下鉄駅のコインロッカーを使用しました。案内もありましたのでこまりませんでした。静かに使用している方がほとんどでしたので、子連れのお母さんも子どもに上手に言い聞かせさっさと寝付いてましたし。後は、利用する人間の問題。半裸でシャワーブースから共有スペースに出てくる男性、脱衣スペースが水浸しとか。後の人の事を考えてくれたらいいですね。

いわゆるカプセルホテルと同様の、シンプルな設備による廉価な宿泊施設である。人的なサービスは省かれており、全てセルフサービスで完結するようになっている。「おもてなし」を期待する人向きではなく、「泊まれればいい」という人向きだ。 場所は広島市の中心の商店街の中に位置するが、施設は建物の3階・4階にあるのと、看板も地味なデザインで、若干入り口を見つけるのに時間がかかった。 お客は外国人のバックパッカーが殆ど。シャワー室はお世辞にも広くはないが、熱いお湯がたっぷり使えて不満はなかった。共同利用のラウンジには電子レンジや流し台もあり、簡単な調理もできる。宿泊に特化した施設としては過不足ないと感じた。ただ、自分の隣のベッドの客のイビキで夜中に起こされたり、不在客の目覚ましアラーム音が朝4時台から鳴り出して周囲の客が起き出すという「珍事」もあった。 こうしたささやかなアクシデントも織り込んだ上での料金と納得して利用できる人には、よい施設と思う。

ベッドは広いし下が隙間があり荷物も置けるし非常に便利。こういった施設はタオル別料金がほとんどの中こちらは料金に含まれており各部屋のスペースに冷蔵庫もありました。普通のカプセルホテルとは全く違いましたね。ただ夜冷房が強くちょっと寒かったです。。 フロントがなくスタッフも常駐していないので(セルフチェックイン・アウト)事前にメールで入り方や諸注意が来まして鍵の箱があるように書かれているのですが無いためよくわからずに電話をしてしまいました。 もう要領はつかめましたので大丈夫。次回もまた利用したいと思います。
