「Great old style Hotel accommodation. Room was comfortable but a bit small. In the heart of the city but very quiet. Large verandah with table and chairs. Walking distance to various pubs and cafes. Continetal breakfast available each morning in the dining room. Enjoyed our stay.」

The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though there was only the one easily accessible double power point which needed to be shared with the microwave, kettle & tv, so charging devices was a bit tricky.」

It was rather disappointing that the restaurant & bar were also closed during the duration of our stay - these are features that sway a booking, so it seemed a little deceptive. However overall we had a very enjoyable stay.」

「We have known this motel since construction in the 1960s. The Wotif review reports guests raving about a delicious breakfast in the property's dining room. When I asked for the breakfast menu and for it be served in room, I was told "we don't do that anymore", and "There are plenty of places doing breakfast in the main street.” We have a nice restaurant!! We had a spa room, there was hair left in the spa. The pocket door into the bathroom was jammed open and could not be dislodged. Clearly...

「This lovely, well equipped cottage had everything one needed when staying in Broken Hill. It was about two kilometres from the railway station - an eady 30 minute walk, but close to bus stops that ran between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Supermarkets were a five mknute walk away. The cottage had two bedrooms, kitchen, family room, large bathroom and laundry. It was spotlessly clean and relatively quiet.There was a carport if you have a car.」

「I absolutely loved my time at ‘The Apartment on Mica’ Peter and Debbie were exceptional hosts, who went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure we had a fantastic trip. Within moments of meeting Peter we felt as though we were a part of the family, and am looking forward to staying again, on my next trip to Broken Hill. 10/10 recommended staying here, you won’t be disappointed, a little slice of luxury so close to town. 」
