“The moment you walk in, you feel at home! It was very comfortable & clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious & a beautiful kitchen. The location was perfect! Our grandson is a student athlete at CMU & this house was so close to campus & downtown. Loved our time in Grand Junction!”

“We brought two couples and a dog for a fabulous stay at this house. The location is great for a countryside feel within striking distance of GJ, Palisade, and the natural features in the area (don't skip the Colorado National Monument). The views are beautiful in every direction, and the house is located within a few miles of multiple fruit stands and vineyards. Everything inside the house worked as expected, the kitchen had all the tools we needed plus basic goods for cooking and coffee, and……

“Property was close to everything we were looking for. Had lots of room and would of been great for more people if we would of had. It did take a little while to get a response back from them to see if we could check in early. But they were very accommodating and we were able to check in earlier, we also did have a little later check out. So that was nice and very helpful because we had a newborn with us and had to work with his schedule. Will be renting this property next time.”

“This place worked well for our group of three adults and a dog. Lots of space for us to hang out. We were there for a bike ride in Palisade and it was a short drive to downtown Palisade and the wineries. The neighborhood itself wasn't especially great - no restaurants within pleasant walking distance and the traffic noise was noticeable - but we felt safe there. We couldn't get the TVs in the bedrooms to work but we didn't contact anyone with property management for help so maybe we were doing……
