酒店只有2樓、樓上是住家，早上6點就在剁肉敲打，樓層板隔音效果差、窗戶隔音很差。不適合怕吵鬧的人。

Le personnel est vraiment agréable, et l’épicerie située juste en face est très pratique. La chambre est nettoyée chaque jour, les équipements sont toujours remis en ordre et des bouteilles d’eau sont ajoutées à chaque passage. Je recommande à 100 % : j’ai même réservé une nuit supplémentaire.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are truly outstanding. Every time I travel to this city, I choose this hotel without hesitation. All the rooms shine like a flower—everything is spotless, tidy, and pleasantly fresh. The slippers, linens, and towels are always new and perfectly clean. Despite my two‑day flight delay, the hotel cooperated with me without any issues and kept my full reservation. The staff were extremely respectful, and the hotel is located in the best part of the city.

Prior to my arrival, I experienced a flight delay and used Expedia's "Contact Property" feature to notify the hotel that I would be arriving after midnight and would therefore require a late check-in. Having received confirmation of my booking and having already paid in full, I travelled to Shenzhen with the reasonable expectation that my reserved room would be available upon arrival. To my astonishment, when my brother and I arrived at approximately 3:00 a.m., the hotel reception informed us that they could not locate my reservation in their system and that all rooms had already been occupied. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the receptionist initially suggested that I cancel my reservation and make a new booking elsewhere. This suggestion was not only unreasonable but would have exposed me to cancellation fees despite the fact that I had fulfilled all my obligations as a guest. Fortunately, an independent Chinese lady who happened to be present intervened and advocated on our behalf. She explained to the reception staff that my Expedia reservation was valid, prepaid, and could not simply be disregarded. She further argued that if the hotel had oversold or mismanaged its inventory, it was the hotel's responsibility to provide suitable alternative accommodation rather than attempt to shift

Horrible service for both side

I have paid to hotels come in advance but the hotel charges me again.... I have claimed to both the hotel and hotels come but they didn’t even care. I had to ask them for 100 times for the refund .... Normally I don’t use hotels come, especially after this matter I won’t use hotels come anymore. The worse service ever.
