「Beautiful rustic hotel right in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Good parking available. And a great breakfast included. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony and two rocking chairs. The bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of heat.」

「Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds.」

「I had total privacy on the balcony of my unit, overlooking the stream and a lovely family of ducks. It was quite a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely book again!」

「We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...
