"Great pillows"

"We enjoyed our experience here. The staff were helpful and nice. They went the extra mile to make us feel special for our stay. My only issue is that the state of the facility, specifically our room was below expectation for the price point of this resort. The rooms are quite dated. Our bathroom had a sewage smell and the room in general looked quite old and tired. I know this is an older and historic property, but it felt like there were updates that could have been made to keep the historic charm while improving the guest experience. The location and the facilities and things to do are abundant. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but would be more interested in returning if there are notable improvements made to the rooms to bring them closer to modern times. 7.5/10. "

"I stay here everytime im in Brunswick. Excellent rate and early check in. Floor wasnt very clean when i checked in, but i was able to get into my room earlier than normal so i wont complain too much. Ill definitely be back!"

"The whole property was filthy. Our room was disgusting! The sheets on the pullout couch looked like they hadn't been changed in year. We booked for six people. They only gave us two towels and four pillows and would not give us any more. I would not recommend this location! i requested a refund and went elsewhere."
