“This property was perfect for a get away! So close to Kelly beach and adorably set up. We had a great time and will be back!”

“The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly……

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests……

“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

“Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water. The food she provided was delicious and……
