「Contacted property concierge service about early check in and no one responded back. The entrance way was unlocked and apartment smelled like throw up. Noisy and smelled like weed. I would not advise this property.」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Nice hotel, seem to be friendly reception. However twice I asked for linen since we had someone sleeping on a couch and twice they never came. The service was with a smile but the buck was passed and no one ever came and it happened twice, two nights in a row. The response was "Oh but I told someone to do it" in other words they never took ownership. Bad move!」

「The expedia website has a library in the hotel amenities. The room has something that gave me allergy. I don't slept for an entire night because of sneeze, and got my eyes inflamed. 」
