"The room was very nice and clean, new fresh hotel, prefect location. Probably the best staff ever. They did everything to make you happy and keep you satisfied-- very nice and friendly staff, all of them! The breakfast was great - you can basically get anything you want (you can choose your favourite breakfast from the menu and in addition you can enjoy the breakfast buffé). Next time I go to Hanoi I will most definitely stay at this hotel. Shampo, conditioner, shower gel, thoothbrush and paste, etc (and even a razor) in the bathroom. No need to bring with you any of these! "
