Great accommodation in central Hobart

Conveniently located and spacious apartment.Clean linen, good facilities, very close to restaurants and city centre.Would recommend.

Disappointed

The pictures on the site were not for the property we stayed in; it was the property next door, so I felt it was deceiving. The 2nd bathroom was a shower over a bath, not explained in details, which made it difficult and no slip mat was provided. Once my money was paid very little contact with the owner; we were chasing them up to find out how to get in right up until arrival. The rooms had cobwebs and furniture, and the doors had fingermarks, etc, on them; the shower wasn't cleaned, which wasn't pleasant to see. We asked for it to be cleaned, as I have a son with a low immune system , which they did, but only bare minimum. Then the iron didn't work. They did replace but again, things that should be checked before guests come, as it took up our time following up and made the start of the holiday disappointing. The property was not cheap compared to others I looked at, either, so I expected more. I would not stay here again.
