This was one of the worse hotel experiences that we have had. We stayed two nights. The first night we came in, the hotel clerk who was a yiund gentlemen was a little impersonal. When we got in the room, there were only two bath towels. We had 3 in the hotel which was included on the reservation.
The next morning 5/31 around 7am, I called the front desk to request an extra towel for our 3rd person and the clerk told me Inwould have to come down to get it. Our room was in the very back of the hotel so Inwould have to walk a ling distance with an injured knee to get it. I opted to drive since my car was near my room.
When I got to the front desk I spoke with a yound lady with long dark hair and asked for the towel. She was also impersonal and condescending when servicing my need for a towel. She gave me an old, thin, and stained towel without explanation. I asked if I could get a regular towel and she stated that the laundry had not been done so there were no more towels. I asked if she could have the maid give us three towels when they clean the room and she said to make sure there is no sign on the door. I proceeded to communicate my displeasure of the service the hotel experience especailly with the towel situation. She got upset and stated that she did not understand why I was displeased with the service. She proceeded with showing me the pool towels and stating that I could have got those instead. At this point, I told her that this was not good customer s
