“The place had a good value and was a nice large space with 3 bedrooms, and a large kitchen and living room, perfect for 3 kids and 2 adults. the location is 10 minutes walking from Journal Sq path station so it's easy to get to NYC. It's a flight of stairs up to the apartment from the street. There is A/C in the bedrooms but not the living room and we stayed during a very hot weekend, so the living room was very hot. but bedrooms were cool. since bedrooms are in the back its quiet at……

“The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It was convenient to the quaint Hoboken main street with lots of great restaurants and bars. It was also close to the ferry which was a fun and quick way to get to Manhattan. One note I would add is the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. It was worth it for us for the views. ”

“Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. I'd stay here again because of the views and comfort! The property manager was absolutely awesome, he stayed……

“Overall a nice stay and nothing much to complain about. Location is convenient, no noise issues for us, and easy access to subway/plenty of stores around but it is FiDi so just expect all things associated with that. Most of the communication for toiletries/towel requests is done through Vrbo if you booked through here.The only inconvenience we had was the shower door not having a seal (which is something that should have been checked beforehand) so the bathroom basically flooded after one……

“Very old building with an unpleasant smell in the hallways and in the apartment itself. We've booked it for a 10-day stay, in which the owner did not change the bed linen, and at our request we received towels that were brought directly from the store (not washed). The apartment is offered for 6 to a maximum of 8 people, and objectively it is comfortable for a maximum of 4-5 people.”

I would recommend you try this gem if you ever in the NJ area. A little bit of home is how we felt staying here. I definitely will be back again. Perfect area, close to Journal Square and the Path.
