“The front desk clerk was very rude and not helpful nor professional. She did not advice us of the amenities. This was during check in at four or five in the afternoon. Now the morning clerk was very professional and friendly. The building was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hardly desirable.”

“The property was so dirty and stinky. Bathroom floor was sticky and looked like it had pee all over the floor. Pillowcases were dirty had stains and they were stinky. There were beer cans in the trash can so you could tell the room had obviously not been cleaned before we got there. I told front staff several times and they said someone would go shortly to clean and no one ever went. Decided to leave early and book a different hotel I asked for a discount but they would not give discount. Also……

“Front desk had one very overworked employee. The doorways in and out of the building were black and filthy. The pool was closed. The breakfast food was cold. The bathroom sink heat/cold temps were backwards. The towels smelled sour. The main hallway stunk and were musty smelling. Room was very cool which was a bonus.”

“We had booked a handicap assessable room as I use a wheelchair. I had surgery that day with both an incision on my back and on my abdomen. We were not given our requested room. Without my husband there to help I could not have gotten in the bathroom much less tried to take a shower, there were no grab bars. Horrible stay.”
