“I stayed in the Freesia apartment for one month and was visited by friends and family for various lengths of time. The most we had in the apartment at any time was five, which was quite comfortable. The location is off a busy street, but the apartment is set back in a much quieter area of the building. The setup is bright and efficient.The rooms were simply but comfortably furnished. Bedrooms are small but adequate. The kitchen facilities were new, clean, and well-equipped (a few beer glasses……

“An enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment was comfortable even during a heatwave.Andrew was a very attentive host, suggesting excursions for our trip to Berlin.It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside the city centre.”

“We stayed four nights in a room with balc9ny and kitchen but with no bkf. The room is big and tidy. One if the two lifts was out of order during our period. Parking spaces are limited and we had to park elsewhere. Close to tourist spots.”

“The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. Finding the apartment initially was hard as it was not well marked along the street nor……

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, well organized, and had all of the essentials we needed for the stay. The location is awesome, on a bustling street with lots of restaurants and near a lovely market hall. Because it is in the interior of an apartment building, it was very quiet. The house was also very well ventilated and the provided fan helped us keep cool during a heat wave. It was also very convenient to public transportation. I would highly recommend this……
