「Our first visit to Austria and we fell in love with it. The stunning scenery in any weather was breathtaking at every angle. The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. 「Excellent service, good location in Füssen city, by walk can reach to many attractions . The air condition in the room are able to provide comfortable temperature. Will definitely choose this hotel in next visit.」

「跟網站圖片一樣，整體乾淨 接觸到的2位員工也很友善 離火車站，巴士站很近 步行距離五分鐘左右 酒店附近有時有噪音(酒店有提供耳塞)，不過個人覺得在可接受範圍內，沒有使用耳塞 不過酒店沒有電梯和電子鎖，房間需要用蠻重的鑰匙開門，比較不便」

「Clean and comfortable with just the most amazing views of mountains and countryside. We loved it. The hot water was only warm though, not a big thing but tricky to find anybody to ask and when we left we also struggled to find anybody or a way in. Would we stay again? YES, YES, YES」

「帶陽台的房間正對著湖，風景優美，出行方便，走2-3分鐘就有汽車站，早餐普普通通，整個湖邊都很大一個牛糞的味道。房間沒有熱水壺提供，問前台借了一個，感覺不太乾淨」

「離火車站步行五分鐘可達，職員提供旅遊卡可免費乘車到天鵝堡，購天鵝堡票亦有折扣，亦很專業地講解市內遊覽位置，介紹逛聖誕市集。房間干淨舒適，早餐豐富，但價錢較貴。」

「I had a Fantastic two-night stay here, I wished it had been longer. I had a large family room, certainly bigger than I needed but I immensely enjoyed anyway. Everything was great with the Internet sognal strong, a comfortable bed. The bath was great with plenty of hot water. The room also has a small refrigerator and an electric kettle which is rare in Europe. Plenty of Walk/run/cycle tracks on the doorstep too. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it.」

「Booked a room for two and it offered a double bunk bed with a sofa below which was quite cozy. The room was not big but clean and the wifi was good. The shared toilet and bathroom was also in good condition with hair dryer provided in female toilet. Ten minutes walk from train station. Just one remark: no check-in before 4pm and the host was not there too so you could not leave your luggage there in advance.」
