So glad we stayed in HoiAn beach area rather than DaNang. Old town a very easy grab ride away and we went in most days and to enjoy the markets and night lantern vibes. "Truly felt like royalty here, the staff were so genuine and sweet. Everything was perfect, clean, and hotel staff accommodating when things didn’t go to plan. They had some emergency maintenance that needed to be done, and in the US a hotel would have just told us to get out of the hotel from 1-7pm, instead they planned an entire day trip for us that included a free cooking class, massages and dinner at a beautiful secondary property. To say our stay has been special would be an understatement. Shoutout to staff Hông (Lovely) who always greeted us and chatted with us, and was so genuinely lovely. Will be coming back. "

"The Highlights: Outstanding staff service made our stay truly memorable. Hannah expertly resolved a first-night room issue by coordinating with the Manager for a seamless room change. Thao provided exceptional help at both the R Bar and buffet breakfast service. Our spacious room featured a separate bedroom, main bathroom, lounge area, visitors’ toilet, and two balconies – one overlooking the pool, another with stunning ocean views to Cham Island. The complimentary shuttle to Hoi An town (20+ minutes away) was very convenient, and the extensive breakfast buffet was excellent. Minor Notes: Resort dining runs slightly higher in cost than expected, though quality justifies the pricing. Bottom Line: Exceptional accommodation with outstanding staff who go above and beyond. The beautiful room, convenient amenities, and extraordinary service easily outweigh any minor cost considerations."

"Amazing staff - so helpful and friendly Clean & tidy rooms. Quiet but a nice vibe, Boutique style hotel, free push bikes to use which was amazing to get around. Perfect location to everything you need. Highly recommend "
