The owner Vivian is a wonderful host who worked hard to make our stay fun and easy. The place itself is dated and the area is as well, but the rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the 66 Mote has outstanding service and its own restaurant/bar with a pool table and air hockey!

Agent at the counter was super helpful, but mentioned that their property does not associate with Expedia anymore but she allowed me to stay anyways. I think someone needs to remove the property from your search engine

Very run down ,duct tape in shower to cover hole, no toilet paper, no towels after i showered ,just a very old hotel, if your on a extreme budget or you Can’t find anything else,a bed and a toilet will do !

I have never had a person who works in the service industry be as rude to me as the front desk person was. I called a few hours ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be arriving around 10pm. Upon arriving, I rang a doorbell. The front desk person who answered the door ripped the portable doorbell out of the holder and yelled at me. She continued to be extremely rude during the check in process. Once I got to my room, I found that no working light bulbs were in any table lamps or chandeliers. Rather than deal with the inhospitable front desk clerk yet again, I left and checked into Best Western.

I didn’t even stay here, they wanted to charge me additionally for my certified service dog when I got there. Then the lady was rude to me and my wife because we were standing there waiting. So we just left and I still haven’t got a refund from Expedia. I will never use Expedia again because I’ve tried calling the number and I even talk to a representative online and I still haven’t got my refund. Still waiting on my refund Expedia!

We were met at as we got out of the car to check in …..told that there was no reservation for us. I hadn’t even given my name. The office person acted like she really didn’t want our business at all. Complained that Hotels.com didn’t pay the hotel and she didn’t offer any ideas of how we were to get our money back. We had to go find other accommodations. The virtual agent for Hotels.com was Not helpful at all.

I do not recommend.

The clerk was rude and acted like I was intruding on her time. The bedside lamp was broken. There were no drinking cups. The area was very dark with very little outside lighting and the main sign was dark. The bathroom door could not open all the way because it hit the toilet. Only positive thing was the bath towel was fluffy. I'm retired military and can sleep anywhere, but my wife would not have stayed here!

The rooms were clean, the building is old but the owners are in the process of renovating. The 66 Restaurant was very good. The service was good and the food was delicious.

we drove up after having read the horrible reviews to just take a look BUT it looked so shady and beyond any decent standard that we didnt dare to even check in. We just decide to loose the money and went elsewhere for the night.

La pire expérience de mon voyage

La propreté était correcte mais le reste de mon expérience fut vraiment très décevante. Dès l’enregistrement la personne à la réception semble sortie du lit et pas très réveillé… La chambre : la literie est étroite et un vrai trampoline. La climatisation n’était pas en marche (il faisait 38 degrés à l’extérieur…) mais la mettre en marche fait un bruit de lave-linge en mode esssorrage. Indispensable pour ne pas cuire dans la chambre mais impossible de la laisser en marche pour dormir… Il n’y avait pas de savon fourni dans la chambre. Mon expérience inquiétante ne s’est pas arrêtée là : quelques chambres plus loin, des clients avaient décidés de s’installer à l’extérieur de leur chambre, sous notre fenêtre pour bricoler toute la soirée avec des outils. Ils a même fallu attendre qu’ils sortent la meuleuse électrique pour couper des pièces de métal pour que la personne de l’hôtel intervienne à la vue des étincelles sur la parking !! Il était 22h15 ! Après ils ont continué à discuter bruyamment jusqu’à une heure très tardive avec la télévision en plus… bref, une expérience malheureuse avec ces clients indélicats qui m’ont fait regretter cette nuit dans cet hôtel. Reste que cet hôtel semble en fin de vie qui pourrait avoir un charme rétro mais c’est gâché par des bricolages ratés dans la chambre avec des câbles électriques improbables ici et là. Franchement, la « gentille vieille dame » dans une autre description semble ne plus être là pour maintenir le cap… d’un hôtel à la dérive.

This place is a dump inside and out

This motel did not have a record of my booking when I showed up, despite making my reservation days in advance. They claimed to not have wifi. THey took my credit card and charged me for the amount Hotels.com charged me. Nearly two months later they will not provide me with a refund and have refused my dispute. Garbage business and I recommend no one continue doing business with them, they should be shut down.
