“Weather was poor but room was warm. The Globe’s restaurant was great for breakfast and evening meal with friendly staff. The accommodation is well positioned in beautiful Wells with lots to see and do in the area.”

“This is a beautiful B&B right near the town centre with a great system for self check in. Whilst it doesn't have parking it is right across the road from the long stay car park which is only £8.50 for 24 hours. Lovely communal seating and breakfast areas. Continental breakfast was great with fresh fruit, toast, croissants, cereal, meat and cheese. Our room was small but nice with comfy bed and plenty of drawer/hanging space. The owner is lovely and makes sure you have everything you need. The……

“We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Ladies at breakfast really welcoming and friendly. Great food choices inc gluten free cereal and croissants, so that was pleasing. Rooms are extremely lean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of shelving in the bathroom to put all our toiletries. Short walk to beach. We Will return. ”

“Found the booking procedure a little confusing with hotel.com but once we arrived at our accommodation we were met by Nigel and it was just easy friendly and professional. We stayed in the dairy which was rustically charming and our every need was catered for. We were booked in for breakfast which offered a wide choice from eggs to yogurt to cereals and served by lovely friendly Carol. Nothing was too much trouble and we thank you for a relaxing few days. ”

“The hotel is centrally located with access to all the amenities within walking distance. What sets it apart is the unexpected gardens at the back of the property where the accommodation is. A really pretty oasis that is carefully maintained. The accommodation itself is beautifully furnished and a lot of thought and detail has gone in to the added extras that make your stay extra special. Also need to mention the staff who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Excellent……

“We stayed in the Churnery room for 2 nights on a B&b basis. Good size room with has been refurbished to modern standards. Everything supplied that is needed for a short stay - smart TV, fridge, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, bottled water, etc. Continental breakfast is excellent, wide choice including facilities to freshly cook your own boiled and scambled eggs. Both Nigel and Carol were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Short stroll to south beach is a must at sunset to see the sun disappear into……

“Really cosy property and everything you needed. Fantastic location, supermarkets, the wonderful Hunstanton high street a few minutes walk away. Fantastic walks along the beach, to the dunes as well as the woods in land. Very nice garden which I am sure is great in summer. A great place for a relaxing break.”
