“Staff was okay, neither overly friendly or rude. The room had a layer of dust on most surfaces, the phone and headboards were particularly bad. It was noisy quite frequently, between door slams at varying hours and chatter in the front desk area. Outside of that the stay was fine.”

“Website stated breakfast, it wasnt offered. Reserved non-smoking room. The room had a terrible odor. Asked for a refund, didnt get one, left anyway and booked down the road.”

“The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Expedia should not even offer this on their sites. Disgusting filthy and we wouldn’t even check in. The appearance of the outside was so awful we requested to view the room before check in. Further, did not feel safe…skid row. So bad we did not. Regret not taking pictures….”
