「We didn’t receive any info about check in. Poor communication from host. Was given the address and we couldn’t find it. The place with that address was a different hotel. Had to call and finally cancelled. 」

「Everything you need is right there on the property. I paid extra to stay closer to the waterpark area, and I think that's the way to go if you plan to go there often or have someone who can't walk a lot. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining everything, and the rooms were pretty nice. We bought their package that included a room, 2 shows, 2 mini golf games, go-karts, gift cards, and waterpark access.
The shows were entertaining enough, but all my kids could think of was going to...
