“When we first arrived there was a mix up with our reservation with no fault of the owner. The owner was quick to sort things out and even came by to check on us! I just want to make a note that the number evolve gives you is to his cleaning service and not to the owner himself. Thats was the only difficulty i faced when sorting things out with our situation. We were blessed to stay here and we had an absolute blast with enough room for 8 people! Thanks again for your hospitality!”

“Very nice house for us. The home was clean and the house was advertised appropriately. The evening sunset over the city is spectacular as well are the morning sunrises. I would rent this residence again.”

“House is comfortable but dated. Nature trail within walking distance. Views were amazing. More towels would have been appreciated. To sleep 6 one bed was a mattress on floor. Washer and dryer needed work around to run.”

“Short spring break road trip to hike in white sands NP. Spent two days there hiking and sledding and had time to get in a round of golf at local golf course 1 mile from this house. House was clean and plenty of room to spread out and cook meals.”

“Sweet little low-key community with friendly folks and fun things to do. The house was nice with super comfortable beds, an excellent location that was easy to find, close to town, and easy to get back-and-forth from the amenities to the house if we needed something. HIghly recommend!.”

“Wonderful stay for my birthday and a 25th anniversary for my niece and husband. Very comfy. Stairs were a little hard for me. Owner was very responsive to our questions. The scenery and surroundings were awesome. Loved the visit from deer, turkey, hummingbirds and birds. Even saw a coyote. Thank you for offering this for others to enjoy. We enjoyed trips into Cloudcroft and went up to Sunspot.”

“Home was exactly like descriptions said - clean older home that has been renovated. However, because it is older, just be prepared that bedrooms are not quiet. The neighborhood dogs and wind banging did not create a relaxing/restful sleeping environment. Wish the home had more seating as well to hang out as a family (one one sofa to seat 2-3) but otherwise it was super clean, convenient to White Sands NP & booking was easy.”

“Nice clean space. Full kitchen. Appreciated that there was coffee provided with the coffee maker. Also thankful for the washer/ dryer since we were at the end of our trip. Great WiFi and a work desk. Is close to major road so there was some night traffic noise. Easy 15 minute dry to White Sands NP. Also 15 minutes to PistachioLand All in all a great space.”
