House was in a good location nice outdoor set up spent the whole week with ac not working property called ward realty no one came untill tuesday they asked stupid questions like did i have the windows open and the blinds open that it just gets hot in nc. It was 80 degrees in the house from 10-1 or 2 in the morning before it would get down to around 73 or 74. Nail sticking up In trim in kitchen in middle of floor cut kids feet
