Property was outstanding--clean, well maintained, and had its own walkway to the beach. The rooms were well decorated and all the fixtures and appliances were excellent. The property is pricey, so be aware. Also, you have to bag your sheets, towels, etc., when you leave. First time we ever had to do that. But the place is excellent. If we had one gripe, it's that they do not allow early check-in no matter if the house is ready or not. Big negative.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Coastal Dharma. Without a doubt it was the best house I have rented in the past 15 years in Topsail Beach,NC. The house was very clean, and the service from Landmark Rentals was superb especially identifying Buchanan's professionalism. Providing beach towels was such a nice touch, especially with grandchildren. What a great idea! We rate this house and your service with 5 Stars in all categories. We plan to rent it again in the future!! Thank you!!
