Great location, but the deck and stairs to beach are old. Furniture, appliances are adequate, but worn. The slider door tracks and bedroom windows were disgustingly dirtly and had dirt/mold in them. It was a hazard! i texted the cleaners but nobody responded. We expected a little more, but the location was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of eight. Kitchen was very well stocked with lots of silverware, dishes, pots and pans. All the bathrooms allowed most everyone to have their own bathroom. Rooms were spacious and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The only issue I had was not enough shade on the top deck in the mornings/afternoon however you can go to the deck below. Amazing house and would definitely stay here again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at various beach houses 1-2x a summer over the last two decades up and down the east coast but specifically North Carolina and I would not recommend this one for the price point. It was dirty when we arrived, mulch and sand all over the carport and outdoor shower, sand in the sheets, cleaning rags left in the living room, dank smell in the carpet and in the fridge. Toaster broken. Dirty dishes in kitchen cupboard. Perfect location. But will move to a better house. It’s absolutely not worth the money. Run down and not clean.
