The Space:
Stay Salty in Surf City! With a view of both the Ocean and Sound, you will be surrounded by beauty. Located on a quiet street, the house is on the 2nd row, less than 100 steps to the nearest beach access, and only 1 mile to downtown Surf City! The home has been intentionally furnished and decorated for guests to feel comfortable and at peace. We have infused the home with special touches that bring the serenity of the sea home with you. The lower level is full of fun additions to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay! Take a seat at the built in Tiki Bar and enjoy one of the many extra amenities provided for your enjoyment- a foosball table that converts to mini pool and pong pong, a PacMan arcade, Sega Genesis (81 games!) and Xbox gaming consoles connected to the smart TV, board games, a record player with records available, and corn hole. Enjoy the sea salt air and an ocean view while lounging on the upper level front porch, and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside on the screened in porch just off of the dining area with a view of the sound! After spending the day at the beach, your group can easily clean off in our large new outdoor shower with hot and cold water, then wind down before bed by watching a movie on the 70 inch smart TV in the living room!

Guest Access:
This home is one side of a duplex! You will have access to the entire unit. Driveway has space for 3-4 cars!

Located on a quiet and safe street! Only 1 mile from downtown Surf City & the pier.

Getting Around:
Walkable distance (1 mile) to downtown Surf City!

Other Things to Note:
We allow 1 small dog (up to 50 lbs) per stay for an extra fee of $150. Please let me know if your pup will be joining you for your stay!

Interaction with Guests:
I am available via message through the site and will provide my phone number once the reservation is confirmed! You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door.
