Topsail getaway

Nice location right on the beach. Basic amenities, plenty of kitchen utensils and pans. Beds were comfortable, we brought our own linens, which included towels! Need to bring paper products, there was no paper towels, napkins or toilet paper. Internet was spotty, but it was stormy at the end. Great stay, sitting on decks right outside the bedrooms.

High School Girls Trip

We absolutely loved our stay!! Two thoughts on improvement would be a sliding screen door on the upper level that worked. And maybe a note saying that the deck steps to beach are slightly steep, May be difficult for the elderly. We navigated them just fine with caution, but my parents would have had difficulty. Other than that we loved it, very walkable to restaurants and night time hangouts !!!

An Absolute Gem

We came down with our grandsons; this was our first time at this beach and we were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into the home! Everything was so clean and beautiful and even better than I had expected! The location is perfect and the beach was beautiful! Took our 10-year-old grandsons over to walk the bridge, play it down side park and they watched some of the fisherman and one showed them how to fish with a seine net! The furniture at the house was in pretty good shape and the outdoor furniture was plentiful and great for sitting out and watching the ocean or the kids play. It was nice being so very close to the ocean and not a very far walk at all to care supplies down to the beach! Highly recommend!

Great place at a superb location!

This place was exactly as advertised. Right on the water which was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it if you're a beach lover looking to stay as close as possible to the ocean. It was clean and was more than adequate lodging for my wife and I and could easily accommodate a family of 4 or 6.

Love this place!

From check in to check out it was a terrific experience! Check in was super easy. The house was perfect. Clean inside and looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. Loved getting up, going down steps and I’m on the beach. House had modern updates and my family had a comfortable and restful stay! Checking out simple as can be! HIGHLY recommend this property!

New, clean & comfortable

When renting a house, my wife and I travel with our own cleaning supplies. This property was so clean we didn’t break out our supplies - I can’t remember how many years it’s been since we found a house in such great shape. The house had just been renovated and everything was new from the flooring to the furniture to the ceiling. Appliances were in decent shape and kitchen utensils were barely used. The owner has a talent for decorating, too. Every wall, shelf and nook is accented with some whimsical, beachy piece of art, making you feel like you are truly on vacation. .
