We loved this place. It was perfect for our family and dog. It was a short walk to the beach. I loved the private elevator. It is a 4 story unit, and the elevator made it easy to unload everything where it was needed. We would definately stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our 5 night stay.Kitchen was fully stocked.Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc.Short walk to the beach.3rd vehicle parking was close, safe and secure.Communication was seamless and prompt.Would stay at this property again.

Overall was a great experience. I would recommend that the owners update the listing. It says everything is brand new and it is not. The pots and pans have seen better days and it would be helpful if there was some pyrex dishes. It is definitely large enouh to accommodate large groups. Liked the beach chairs and towels that were provided.

Seabatical was great!

Seabatical is great for a large family or group of friends! Very comfortable beds and furniture with pretty furnishings. Very close proximity to the beach with nice boardwalk from complex to beach! Pool right beside of this house! Would be nice if owners put hairdryers in bathrooms. I had forgotten mine so that was a minor inconvenience. The house needs a blender and a griddle would be nice too! Parking is tricky with more than 2 cars but Sean the owner was very helpful in providing a 3rd parking space off site which we really appreciated. (There is NO SPACE for more than 2 cars on site). I didn't find it in the description anywhere but there were some beach chairs under the stairwell in the carport as well as a few pool toys.
