“Before I booked I asked about a late check in. They said to notify them and they would have a key ready. I agreed and booked the room right after. Well, I forgot to remind them until 7:30pm that day when we had a layover. I figured it might be in their notes but that was presuming too much. By the time I reached out they were closed. They close at 6pm on a Friday, which was shockingly early. There was no one to call so I sent an email. No response. One would think that they might be looking at……
