We loved the place, was very clean and close to the beach only bad thing was that some of the TVs won’t work, the lack of beach chairs was a hustle we notice that every property on wither side up and down have some chairs. But other than that we had an amazing time

They were very nice. There was an issue with air conditioner at one point and they sent someone that night after 9pm to fix it. We will be back.

Beautiful unit but dealt with a lot of issues

The unit itself was beautiful and in a great location. We ended up having to call the property management company many times to fix the showers, TV's not working, air conditioning not working and toilet running. We had maintenance to the unit 4 of our 7 days there. They were very pleasant to deal with but the one television in the bedroom never got fixed and my brother in law sleeps to noise so he slept on the couch in the living room all week due to the TV never getting fixed or replaced for the entire week even though the management company sent 4 people out to look at it. The last person said he was asking for an approval to replace the television on Wednesday and we never heard back from him. The unit fit 7 of us perfectly fine, easy to get into but with all the issues I don't think I would recommend staying there.

Nice place

Beautiful place. We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for years and have stayed at several locations throughout the years. Check in was easy through the portal and had one maintenance issue that was handled within several hours, Plenty of room to spread out. It does not say it in the listing or pictures, but there is a small view of the water. The kitchen was well stocked and had most things you could want or need. The beds were a little too firm for our family, but that may be preference. The garage parking was good and there are a couple guest spots. The beach was definitely more crowded on this (North) part of the island. Saw a manatee and many fish. There are very few beach items (a blanket, small dome, and possibly a blow up raft - no chairs or umbrellas) in the condo, so be prepared to bring some, purchase some or rent some, It was a quiet complex with a nice pool. I would recommend this condo as a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.
