This home was magnificent. It was so fancy and good looking, it has everything you need. It's the best looking place on the island. Plenty for space for activities.

La Casa Karen is spacious, the furnishings are well done and the condo has everything needed to feel like home. The location is only 100 yards from the beach and within walking distance of Pine Ave and great restaurants in Anna Maria. We would recommend staying at La Casa Karen.

Exceeded Expectations

This exceeded our expectations. It was clean & well decorated. When we checked in, the A/C was not working, but it was resolved within 2 hours of our arrival. We will certainly consider renting this unit again in the future.

The condo, pool and beach were all five stars. The only issue that we had was the keypad on the front door was not functioning properly (sounds like other people had issues with this also). I would definitely recommend this property as a vacation destination.

Beautiful, Stocked, Friendly, Quiet

We loved the stay! It is so convenient to the beach and a very well-cared for space. The pool and hot tub were warm/hot. The kitchen had everything you could want. There were chairs, umbrellas, toys, board games, etc for ease of entertainment. Beds were comfortable and private balcony had a small view of the ocean :) We will return.

Beautiful home close to beach but not oceanfront

Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and great layout. Unit sits behind another group of condos . Shortwalk to beach. Can see ocean far in distance behind patio trees. Beautiful pool and patio. 3rd bedroom is a study converted with no closet.

Very Nice Unit

Great unit. Horrible communication from Vacasa. I recommend the owner dump them and go w Anna Maria Accomodations or someone better locally. It took 4 days and multiple calls to get dishwasher fixed. Elevator was broken mostly and key code entry was wrong when we arrived. Kitchen is great, furniture and beds great, porch great, location great. Would stay again even w the poor manager bc the unit is just that nice. Best we have stayed in AMI and we have been coming for 10 years.

Great Condo, Poor Instructions.

Great Condo. There is a disconnect between the property manager and the property security. The information on the garage door code was totally wrong. The codes to enter the front door did not work and neither did four subsequent codes we were given by Vacasa. Finally, we were told to get the keys out of the lockbox. There is no outside pad for the garage and no keypad for the pool as provided by Vacsasa in the instructions.

This was not what I expected, to say the least. the experience was bad from day one. On day one I received two different codes for the "lock Box" but there was no lock box and the codes were for the cypher lock on the door which was difficult to see in the sunlight. Furthermore, the codes were both wrong. Next I had thought we would have a view of the ocean, this unit has an infinitesimal view. It actually backs on to the main street with it's associated noise. Supposedly, the unit was checked out before we came but the disposal did not work. Lastly, we rented here because they had an elevator which at my age is a necessity, only tone trapped in it. Never again

PERFECT!

This condo was exactly what the pictures showed, plus extremely clean. The location was fabulous, just steps to the beach! Local restaurants were very good also. We will look forward to a return stay!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The location is fabulous. Steps to the beach and and close to everything Anna Maria. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the condo has everything you would want or need. We hope to return!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family with a 1 and 2 year old. Safe layout and balcony for the kids. Two buildings back from the beach. Great private heated pool, hot tub, grill. Elevator huge plus for luggage and groceries. All the units seemed to be vacationers and we never heard any noise. It had everything you can think of. All the beach toys, chairs, even a kids tent. We left a beach cooler, hope it's still there for you lol. The kitchen has everything you can think of. DoorDash and Instacart both deliver (not always the case on islands) but everything you need is close.

An amazing home in a beautiful setting!

This spacious home has every amenity a guest would want! A full kitchen with everything needed to cook for your family, games, televisions, and fast Internet means there’s something for everyone. Everything is clean, well taken care of, and you’re steps from the beach. Our family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the many restaurants within a short distance. We were checked on and communicated with throughout our stay and can’t think of anything we would change! We hope to return again some day.

We enjoyed the condo but some things that could be improved: provide more detergent and paper products so guest doesn’t have to ask, replace the beach chairs and umbrella (they are broken and dirty), quicker response to customer questions prior to arrival. These small things would make a big difference and add to the convenience and comfort of this beautiful place.
