Very modern and well equipped property in central Holt with parking approx.200m away. Minor negatives - Cars park across the front of the property despite double yellow lines (1 hour parking slots in Cross St). Pillows very uncomfortable in bedroom - would suggest new ones and also provision of 2 sets of towels for people staying a week.. Door stop or equivalent required for door onto patio.
