Better instructions next time?

This is a gorgeous property with great access to the north Norfolk coast. With the interconnecting bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom clearly best for families or close friends. We couldn't work the central heating or hot water which I now understand is simple but there weren't instructions and the doors were a bit of a nightmare. The stairs are steep but we were fine with that. Since this is dog-friendly it would be great to have guidelines on what beaches or walks are/aren't in a simple form. It turned out most are with dogs on leads. For young families it must be a super place and very well equipped
