"Stayed in a lawns room, very nice large room, parking space included. Good location. Only thing I noticed was no electric shaver point in wet room, maybe a grab rail in shower area would be good. Overall would recommend."

"We stayed just before the heatwave. Even so it was warm enough. Opening windows and wedging the door open brought a cooling breeze. Also, facing the beer garden, it didn’t have the morning sun, which also helps with staying cooler. Our room was called Clay and it’s one in which dogs are allowed. Plenty of coffee and tea for the hospitality tray as well as bottles of water. Breakfast was very good. Everyone was very friendly. Lovely building. Strongly recommend."

"We loved our stay, the cottage is exactly the same as the one I stayed in regularly as a child. So the staircase could be challenging for some people. But the cottage itself is fully equipped and very comfortable. The distance to anywhere is short (but you need a car) however I would recommend taking your bikes as there are plenty of lanes and countryside to take full advantage of. While there we visited Holt, Holt Country Park, Sherringham, Sherringham Park and of course a seaside day at Cromer all possible with a car. The cottage is located down a lane that is long and suitable for the most part for one vehicle but there are passing places."
