「The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. My room was exceptionally large, and my first impression was how cool it felt...

「We are so happy we decided to give the Coach House a try. Everything was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent - so much to choose from, excellent quality and beautifully displayed. I had pancakes and bacon with maple syrup. My husband asked for scrambled eggs on toast as it wasn’t on the menu and it was no problem for the very helpful staff. We will definitely return. 「Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely. 「We only stayed for 1 night but we were so impressed with how comfy, clean and spacious the lodge was and also the location of the hotel such a beautiful setting with the castle very close by really picturesque. Hotel staff were brilliant very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and the eggs Benedict were perfect with a nice runny yolk. We’ll definitely stay again as Orford is such a beautiful quaint place to visit.」
