Small and perfectly formed, Plas Bach once belonged to the larger house over the lane and the inscription of 1783 is just about visible in the stone above the front door. Inside, ancient overhead beams and cosy nooks create a private paradise for two, while a mezzanine level with a double bed and bath offers views of the surroundings.
Ground floor
Living Room
From the front door, you'll step into a cosy living room with a roaring log burner, dining table for two and comfy sofa. After a day's exploring, this is a great spot to hunker down with a good book or turn on the TV - walking boots and damp dogs can dry out in front of the fire.
Kitchen
A fully-equipped kitchen boasts an electric oven and hobs, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave.
WC
A downstairs cloakroom with WC sits off the living room.
First Floor
Bedroom/Bathroom
The staircase from the kitchen leads up to the bedroom, which has a double bed. The bedroom also has an open bathroom, with a basin and bath, with a hand held shower. Sit back among the bubbles and gaze at the sky through a velux window, while listening to the sound of the waves carried on the breeze.
Outside
There is offroad parking for 1 car across the track. A spacious enclosed garden surrounds the cottage, a great space to enjoy the evening sun and allow dogs to play.
The Local Area
Conveniently placed for beach days on the sandy shoreline of Borth Wen Beach, Plas Bach is also just a short distance from the Anglesey Coastal Path, which runs along the bottom of the private track. A haven for walkers, it is also just a short drive from Trearddur Bay and Rhosneigr, two communities known for their watersports, cafes and foodie hotspots. For delicious dinners that don't involve any cleaning up, set out on foot for The White Eagle (6 minutes away at an easy pace) and enjoy upscale pub grub.
