“Clean spacious family room, well equipped and lovely breakfast. Only slight negatives were the kids bed was a fold out sofa bed and this meant they had to share. Also the fridge in our room didn’t seem to be working properly so no cold drinks but the minibar was complimentary which was nice (soft drinks only).
Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again due to ease of access to the city centre via the metro and close proximity to the airport. 520 bus from the airport drops you……

“This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! At check out, I informed the reception, but she was not even sure what number to call reception.”

“Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! ”

“There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. “Not deserve a 4-star and 6Euro city tax per person per night. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. The room is not as the photo, only the room size matches the description.
