「Rooms are so tiny. The toilet was 4 ft from our bed. The sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. The staff had a toddler who kept screaming and you could hear him upstairs in the room. The shower was so short we had to bend over to wash our hair. Air conditioner barely kept up in the room and the hallways were very muggy and hot. We stayed less than 4hrs before deciding to just take the loss (since no refunds or prorating)...
