“Not up to standard for the price.
No staff, except one person who grudgingly brought toilet paper awhile after I texted since there was none in the room. He didn’t say hello or anything pleasant, just provided one roll and said there was already some in the cupboard. Obviously I had already checked that before texting and there was not. I said nothing but was very put off and this set a negative, unwelcoming tone for our stay.
Some of the dishes were visibly dirty, so we had to wash……

“This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel and small enough to feel cozy and private. The room was impeccable clean and beautifully decorated. Our room has a direct view to the Cathedral (pretty impressive). The only minor inconvenience was that shampoo and lotion weren't provided in the room (however, this wasn't a problem as we had some with us). Check-in and check-out was very straightforward.
The hotel is located right in front of the Grace Harbour courthouse which is now a restaurant.”
