“Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would change is adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen for guests to use such as napkins, a bit more toilet paper for the bathrooms, cleaner blankets, maybe a bit drawings offered to use for the kitchen like most rental places have but besides that, not a bad place at all and the……

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property was nicely decorated-very modern and cute. The location was good for us-close to the friends and family we wanted to visit. We felt it was a very safe area. Stores and restaurants were close by. Definitely recommend and will stay there again!”

“The host was wonderful and communicative whenever I had a question! What a perfect little space, fully stocked and even had a wash/dryer! Several Plus’s were the fenced in yard where I could leave my front door open and let the pups come in and out and the local area….plenty of crickets singing, deer and a very safe/friendly neighborhood to walk my dogs late at night and in the early mornings! Plenty of natural light with the glass windows up high all around! My pups felt comfortable there and……

“Dwayne communication to us was excellent. We also arrived early he let me in. The house is very beautiful, we feel so at home. I hope I was able to take pictures of the house but we got so busy studying. All the condiments for cooking is there you don’t have to worry about it. The house is really clean and smells good. He has real plants and that was so cute and really homey for us. The downside is the stairs, just narrow it might be hard to some people who has disabilities but it has a handrail……

“This charming apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. It is a very short walk to the Green CTA train station. It was a quick 25-30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. The CTA ticket was 5 dollars a day and lets you ride all the trains and buses. There is a wonderful breakfast spot across from the train station. It is a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Moe was very quick to answer any questions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. ”
