「Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great).

「My husband is a patient at Sloan Kettering. The hotel is close to this facility. The woman who assisted us with our check in was extremely helpful and considerate. She checked us out the next day and was just as pleasant. I did not get her name but she was on duty Monday evening July 28 and Tuesday morning the 29th.
The accessible room was well equipped for my husband to move freely. The shower was very well set up for someone who is disabled. We are returning next week.」

Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up.
Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!!
By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
