"The front desk associate was very welcoming. We were able to get our room earlier than check in which was great because it was raining outside. The lobby was very nice. We didn't go to the bar lounge because it opens at 5pm and closes by 11pm and we had plans that evening so on our way back to the hotel from Lincoln Center we stopped at a bar for a nightcap knowing the bar would be closed. The bar lounge had a very nice vibe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"We liked the hotel and would stay again. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the subway or LIRR train so keep that in mind. Room was good, quiet, and plenty of space. Limited dining on site, 2 choices, but one was closed for a private event. Nice pool and gym. Only negative was 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service the whole time, so it was long wait in the morning to leave."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the staff members were consistently helpful and welcoming. However, the guest rooms are beginning to feel a bit dated. My primary concern was the elevator wait times, on our final day after waiting 30 minutes, we ultimately had to use the service elevator. While the hospitality is great, the building infrastructure could use some modernization."

"Rooms look exactly as they do in the pictures staff are easy to work with and very professional, this hotel is very nice, things to know there is a $150 deposit you have to put down with the room that is refunded after checkout"

"I read on a review before checking in how this was a hidden gem in the centre of the city. It truly is. You are right off the beaten path. Easy to go in and escape for a minute then right backs you are a minute from the subway and time square. Central Park is just down the road. It was bliss. The room itself was large and mixed we got the one with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. I would recommend. It gave you a spot to hangout play games and chill without having to be on the bed like most hotels. It was a couch and table. It was an absolute amazing hotel, I’ve been to the city three times and this was my first time here and I would 100% come back to this place. The only complaint or con I could give you is the elevators m. There is only two, and the cleaning staff and workers are typically using them during the day making it harder to get one or longer waits. If you do not mind taking the stairs often to get out or in quicker. Than it is perfect on all parts. Book it and enjoy the city. I promise you won’t regret it."
