“Wow. What a beautiful, serene escape. It is an older property that could use a few upgrades, but I think that’s part of its charm. Nothing could ever beat falling asleep to sounds of the waves crashing right outside your lanai. I’ve already recommended this place to a few people and would 100% return. ”

“We had a fantastic time in Hawai'i, and this condo was the perfect location for all of the activities we had lined up! The beds were clean and the kitchen and washer / dryer were SO helpful keeping us fed and fresh, ready to go exploring! Thank you for the great place to stay! ”

“The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! “You can’t beat the location of this unit (top floor). Breathtakingly beautiful view of the ocean just a few paces from the water. Gorgeous sunsets, calming waves, lots of fish and spinning dolphins and other creatures of the sea. We’ve been to Kona Bali Kai twice now, and we’re coming back!”

“In a location with often astronomical prices, this condo offers a terrific value with a full kitchen, Washer dryer in the unit, super nice furnishings and a comfortable bed within a hotel-like complex right on the ocean.
