“The location of this cottage is in an area where crime has increased. If we would have known this, we wouldn’t have stayed here. The house was broken into with a crow bar while we were in our kayaks during the middle of the day and our things were stolen. Our car was in the driveway, front gate was locked. House was locked. It is clear someone was watching us. Stephanie, the property manager did everything she could by moving us to another area, working with the security company and contacting……

“Great communication with the owner! This was our first time in Roatan. This was a perfect location to stay on the Island for getting around. Bungalow was within a 100' from the beach! Directions from the airport were spot on. I would definitely stay here again if and when we go back. I want thank Conrad for everything! The host Venessa reached out to us a couple times asking if we needed anything, which is very thoughtful!”

Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. When we got a car we spent or time elsewhere.No fault of Sundancer but reviews should have mentioned the amount of road work! The unit had everything and the pool was so nice to have after spending the day at other locations. We made the best &……

“Easily walkable to Main Street and all the activities of Roatan. Used the hammocks in screened in porch mornings and evenings. Great place for families. Clothes washer and dryer super convenient. I got scuba certified at Island Diving, a 4 minute walk.”
